What is Luo Han Guo Extract ?
Luo Han Guo Fruit was first mentioned in the records of 13th century monks in China. It is grown primarily in southwestern China. Luo Han Guo Extract is a new type and natural sweetener with a low Glycemic Index Value. Our Luo Han Guo Extract 80% Mogrosides is 300 times sweet as sugar. It is unlike fructose, sucrose or glucose. The sweetness in the Luo Han Guo comes from unique compounds called mogrosides. Mogrosides are different from carbohydrates; thus, Luo Han Guo Extract does not have the disadvantages associated with carbohydrates.
